John Denis Martin Nunn (born 1955) is an English chess Grandmaster, mathematician, and author. He became a Grandmaster in 1978, was British champion in 1980, and has twice won individual gold medals at Chess Olympiads. Nunn is also a three-time World Chess Solving Champion and has written numerous acclaimed chess books.
USA takes Gold, Silver, and Bronze at FIDE World Senior Team Chess Championships
USA federation chess players competed on five teams at the FIDE World Senior Team Chess Championships, held in Krakow, Poland, July 1–12. US Chess financially supported three of the USA teams.
