if white change horse position 2…Qh1#
and if white change Q position 2….qg2#
otherwise 2….Bxhorse+ and then 3 …..Qh1#
it means that mate is possible in 3

Reza:
If Ne4, then Queen has no support to go to h1 because the Bishop is blocked by the Knight.
The Queen won’t ever change position since Ne4 is the best move, so your point is moot.
If your Bishop takes Knight, you trade Queens, so that doesn’t help. If you take the Knight with your Queen, you can check mate in 5 easily, but not 4.
